ABOUT US

About us

Every company carries receivables that have not arrived yet — not because anyone denied them, but because the file stopped moving.

A call not followed up, an agreement not documented, a settlement not closed, a date that passed. Fonoon Al Injaz works in exactly that gap.

We receive the portfolio, segment it by aging and likelihood of payment, and assign each file its route: negotiation, rescheduling, settlement or regulated escalation. We execute, document every step, and report status in a format that needs no explanation.

We treat the debtor as a party to an obligation with a way out — never as an adversary — so our clients' customer relationships outlast the file.

Our name says it: fonoon means methods. Our job is to know which one fits your file.

Our vision

01

Our mission

02

We run our clients' receivable portfolios as a managed process: segment every file, set its route and execute with discipline to closure — protecting every party's rights, in compliance with applicable regulations.

We see our work as a contribution to Saudi Vision 2030: stronger liquidity for businesses, greater trust in the commercial environment and a more efficient financial sector.

WHY FONOON AL INJAZ

Unlike collection built on pressure and call volume, our work rests on three things: we segment the file, set its route and document it to closure. The result is a recovered figure you can audit — and a customer relationship that stays intact.

  1. 01

    Segment

We read the portfolio before any contact: aging, value, likelihood of payment and each file's history.

  2. 02

    Set the route

Every file gets its route: negotiation, rescheduling, settlement or regulated escalation. No single approach for all.

  3. 03

    Document

Every step is logged with its date and outcome, and every amount recovered appears in an auditable report.

The value we deliver

  • 01Higher recovery rates
  • 02Lower default rates
  • 03Lower collection cost
  • 04Improved cash flow
  • 05Customer relationships kept
  • 06Regulatory compliance
  • 07Real-time, auditable reporting
  • 08Reputation protected

OUR METHODOLOGY

Six steps per file — always ending in a closed, documented case.

An integrated method that raises recovery, stays within regulation and protects every party's rights at every stage.

  1. استلام المحفظة

    Onboarding

We receive the files and verify their data is complete before any action starts.

  2. التحليل والتصنيف

    Segmentation

We segment files by aging, value and likelihood of payment.

  3. تحديد المسار والتنفيذ

    Route

We set each file's route and execute it across multiple contact channels.

  4. التفاوض والتسوية

    Settlement

We reach a documented payment agreement or a suitable rescheduling with the debtor.

  5. التصعيد النظامي

    Escalation

We refer the defaulted file to regulated procedure, protecting every party's rights.

  6. إغلاق الملف

    Closure

We close the file once the recovered amount and every action taken are documented.
